Tropicalles is an artistic, cultural and educational project that uses music as a tool for encounter, participation and community building. Through drums, songs and its own collective learning methodology, it creates spaces where migrants, women, LGBTQ+ people and local communities can create, express themselves and take an active role in cultural life. Rooted in Afro-Brazilian traditions, carnival and street culture, Tropicalles develops concerts, parades, workshops and participatory experiences that strengthen social ties, promote cultural exchange and turn musical practice into a space for celebration, belonging and coexistence.
