On 9 June, #AccióMigrant – Project Activation Gathering will bring together participants to share the 26 initiatives developed over recent months.
During 2026, Fes! Cultura, a cultural incubator, in collaboration with the ICEC (Institut Català de les Empreses Culturals), has driven the Laboratory of Migrant Cultural Projects and Enterprises, a modular training programme aimed at strengthening the skills of artists and cultural agents from diverse backgrounds and facilitating their integration into the cultural ecosystem through sustainable models of creation and management.
On 9 June, #AccióMigrant – Project Activation Gathering will bring together participants to share the 26 initiatives developed over recent months. The event will include an open exchange between participants, institutional representatives and other cultural agents, with the aim of identifying opportunities, activating collaborations, exploring funding avenues and building alliances that strengthen the development of each proposal. During the gathering, one project will also be selected to receive specialised mentoring from the ICEC.
Opening the cultural ecosystem to the plurality of people and communities that inhabit the country is an opportunity to move towards a more representative and innovative sector and to make the cultural rights of all citizens a reality. Stages, screens and cultural venues must reflect the existing creative diversity. To this end, Fes! Cultura works to strengthen the capacities of migrant artists and cultural professionals to energise the sector, expand their presence in decision-making spaces, drive new proposals and facilitate connections with currently underrepresented audiences and communities.

9:30 – 9:45 · Institutional welcome Welcome by institutional representatives and presentation of the framework for the gathering.
9:45 – 10:00 · Presentation of Fes! Cultura Introduction to the project and the Laboratory of Migrant Cultural Projects and Enterprises, as well as the objectives of the gathering.
10:00 – 11:05 · Project pitches and collective feedback · Part I First round of project presentations and shared feedback to identify strengths, challenges and opportunities.
11:05 – 11:30 · Coffee break An informal break to start building connections and exchanging impressions.
11:30 – 12:35 · Project pitches and collective feedback · Part II Second round of presentations and collective analysis to continue enriching the proposals.
12:35 – 12:55 · Jury deliberation Deliberation by the convened jury to evaluate the projects presented and select the winning proposal.
12:55 – 13:05 · Announcement of the selected project Public presentation of the project chosen to receive support and specialised mentoring from the ICEC.
13:05 – 13:30 · Networking and exchange space Open gathering between participants and institutional representatives to activate collaborations, explore synergies and open up possible funding pathways.
